In the wilds of the southern reaches of the Snowdonia National Park stands Cadair Idris, the most popular mountain in the region. The trail to the summit is a great day out, with steep challenging sections interspersed with woodland and lake-shore, and views over the hills of Mid-Wales. The walk is a full day out, and there’s no better way to do it than with a guide and a group of friendly fellow walkers. Why not take this chance to discover a part of the country you may have never been to before!
We run our Cadair Idris guided walking challenges with our partners Large Outdoors, who provide qualified Mountain Leaders. If you can’t do any of the dates we’ve organised, you can always sign up to one of their regular Cadair Idris guided walking weekends, and still raise money for us.
