Comments posted are accessible by the administrators of the website (Caudwell Children) and other users who have been granted access. Please consider how your comment may be considered by the other uses and don't forget that you are responsible for the content of the comments you post. Your comments may be rated by other uses and generate a response.

2.Language and relevance

Content on www.caudwellchildren.com is written in English and so should and comments posted by registered users. Please be polite and do not use inappropriate language e.g. sexual content, racisit or homophobic terms, insults or swear words. Any comments posted that contain inappropriate language will be removed by the administrators and therefore will not be published. You must also not submit any comments that are false or misleading.

3.Report abuse

4.No impersonation

In registering for access, you are confirming that you are the person whose name you have registered. You must not pretend to be someone else e.g. a professional/expert, another user or member of the Caudwell Children charity team. Randomly selected checks will be carried out on a regular basis to check that this is correct.

5.No copyright infringement

You must not post any content that would infringe any copyright laws, trademarks or patents.

6.Removal of content

Content that is deemed as an infringement of our House Rules will be removed by Caudwell Children. If a complaint about and published comments is made to Caudwell Children, this too may be removed once investigated.

7.Suspension and termination

Posting of inappropriate content, or indeed any infringement of our House Rules may result in suspension and/or termination of a user account and inability to participate in discussions on www.caudwellchildren.com. Length of suspension will depend upon the circumstances and Caudwell Children reserve the right to decide on this length of time. If you are aware that your comment has been rejected or removed. You must not re-submit this content. If you are aware that your account has been suspended or terminated you must not re-register for access.
