Challenge Event Co-ordinator

Position: Challenge Event Co-ordinator (Stoke based)

Salary: Competitive plus bonus package

Hours: 9-5 plus evening and weekend working

Description:

Do you have experience of challenge events? And the drive, passion and determination to move forward a new programme of challenge events on a national basis, delivering an exceptional return on investment for Caudwell Children?

Can you identify, build, develop, manage, deliver and grow an effective programme of sporting, special and challenge events and activities, relevant to the work of and the strategic ambitions of the charity?

Are you an exceptional co-ordinator with the ability to implement practical and emotional support services for the families of disabled children?

Can you recruit and manage a team of volunteers, delivering financially successful and inspirational services that achieve real change for families?

You will be able to effectively assess the needs of families and put in place emergency support at times of crisis. Along with a relevant qualification you will be an effective administrator and case manager.
