who is stressed?

This week, I have been to Fircroft College in Selly oak, Birmingham, to study a course called Coping With Stress. I met some very interesting people, some of who have been through things so horrendous that I can't write about them in this blog. What I will say is their stories made me realise how lucky I am in a lot of ways, and that my own worries and problems will be so easy to tame then some of theirs- a piece of cake in fact.
We learnt about what stress can do to your body especially areas like your shoulders and neck. We also talked about the different ways we can relieve stress. I would rather do things like drawing and going for a walk if I get stressed, than Yoga or acupuncher, as they are everyday things that people do, whether or not they are stressed.
The real eye opener for me was when we did a test to see if we were as much of a stressed out person as we thought. I scored 39 and was one of the least stressed out people there.
