Pre-Service Needs Initial Assessment:
A member of the team will be in touch to ask you some further questions about the young person applying to attend the session.
This assessment is done in advance of the session to ensure that we are able to support your young person in a safe and person-centred way.

** we ask parents/ carers to stay with the young person at their first session**

Session Reminder: 
You will receive an email reminding you that you are booked onto the session.

Cancellations:
Caudwell Children’s Short Breaks Activities support children with Special Educational Needs and or Disabilities to build confidence, learn new skills, meet friends and have fun in a safe and supported environment.

Places on activities are limited, so it is really important that we are able to maximise the opportunities available to young people and their families.  To help us to do this please let us know at the earliest opportunity if you are unable to attend a session.  With sufficient notice we will be able to offer your place to another family.
