About the Kickstart Scheme

Caudwell Children is participating in the The Kickstart Scheme which is a government initiative providing funding to create new jobs for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment. These jobs will last for a period of 6 months.

As well as providing on the job training, coaching and developing soft skills, we have also partnered with a local Gateway and education provider who will provide a comprehensive training support package.


Job Overview

The Family Support Assistant will work alongside the Service Delivery Team at Caudwell Children and will help to deliver an information and signposting service to families with disabled children across the UK. This role is crucial in ensuring we are achieving our mission; providing and practical and emotional support through compassionate and efficient services.
