About the Kickstart Scheme
Caudwell Children is participating in the The Kickstart Scheme which is a government initiative providing funding to create new jobs for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment. These jobs will last for a period of 6 months.
As well as providing on the job training, coaching and developing soft skills, we have also partnered with a local Gateway and education provider who will provide a comprehensive training support package.
The Service Delivery Assistant will assist in further developing the growth of Caudwell Children’s Services Department and meet the needs of the Applications Department and the Warm Homes project targets and outcomes.
