We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, strategic self-starter who thrives on the process and embraces the challenge of developing successful long-term relationships.
This role is key in building on and developing our relationships with existing and prospective major donors to enhance our regional and strategic fundraising relations, as well as maximising opportunities with large national and international Trusts & Foundations that require major donor cultivation.
The role will work closely with the wider fundraising team and Executive Board to strengthen our partnerships portfolio and support our ‘Legacy Circle’ group of long term major donors. The Legacy Circle consists of a network of high profile individuals personally motivated to support the challenges facing children with disabilities and their families and its focus is on developing new sustainable income, through high profile fundraising activities, providing personal contributions and introducing influential contacts to Caudwell Children.
Such important and high-profile relationship building and management will require the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including with our Chief Executive, Founder and Trustee Board.
