Training & Development Co-ordinator
This is a permanent post responsible for the operational and administrative aspects of the Charity’s learning activity. You will take an active role in promoting and engaging employees from all departments across the Charity in all aspects of training, development and learning. As such, you will be familiar with different types of learning styles and be confident in delivering a variety of training sessions.
You will have a key role in ensuring that the charity is a learning organisation with a continual cycle of quality assurance in place supporting all departments. You will set and monitor standards and use the outcomes to assist service development and improvement within and across all departments.
