Charity Christmas card offer will be a festive hit

A disabled children’s charity is set to boost its festive fundraising by designing and printing Christmas cards that will go on sale to the general public.

Caudwell Children, the Staffordshire based charity that provides practical and emotional support to disabled children and their families across the UK, is using its highly experienced, in-house, multimedia design team to produce a range of cards that will raise vital funds for the charity.

As Rachel Kitson, Associate Director of Communications and Marketing, explained: “Our enthusiastic team have an impeccable eye for design.

“With over 30 years’ experience in the industry we pride ourselves in producing creative excellence and with this in mind we’ve produced a number of beautiful designs that will stand out from the crowd this Christmas.”

This is the fourth year that Caudwell Children has designed and sold Christmas cards and they’ve proved to be extremely popular not only with private individuals but also with the corporate market.

The charity has previously been commissioned to produce almost 6000 bespoke cards for 23 Howarth Timber & Building Supplies stores, across the UK.

Rachel says that the charity’s product will be unique amongst other seasonal charity cards this Christmas. She said: “Our designs make a real difference, it’s as simple as that!

“All the funds raised through the sale of our Christmas cards goes directly to helping change disabled children’s lives.

“That’s because there are no hidden costs in the production process as we’re extremely fortunate in having all our overheads covered by a generous benefactor.

“That means that every single penny raised will be spent on the specialist equipment, therapies, treatments and short break activity days that we provide to disabled children throughout the UK.”

Mark Dickens, from Whitchurch in Shropshire, who bought the charity’s Christmas cards last year, says buying Caudwell Children’s Christmas cards was a simple decision. He said: “It was an obvious choice; why wouldn’t you purchase something that has such a direct and immediate impact on the lives of disabled children?

“Not only that, the price of the cards beat their competitors hands down, so it’s a winning combination all round.”

Caudwell Children has produced a pack of cards which contains 20 A6 portrait shaped cards, featuring four festive designs. Each card is printed on 280gsm silk card and is blank inside. The cards are accompanied by vibrant red envelopes and delivery of the packs will take 2-3 working days.

The cards are on sale to the general public at just £5.00 per pack plus P&P.

Alternatively, you can purchase a specially designed e-card for a simple donation of £5.

You can order your cards through the web page here.
