Digital Skills

Employability Programme

PROGRAMME PARTNER

Work with Caudwell Children to find and hire talented young people with autism.

Only 15% of autistic people are in full-time employment in England. Our Digital Skills Employability Programme was set up to provide more young people with autism the opportunity to launch their career.

Risual

In May 2020, Caudwell Children launched a pilot scheme in collaboration with Risual. The charity was able to identify many young autistic people that would benefit from the employability scheme, but did not have an online platform upon which to deliver the learning. Risual played an instrumental role in developing a bespoke learning platform upon which the course could be delivered.
