Giving Tuesday 2019

#GivingTuesday is a day where everyone, everywhere can do something to support the good causes that mean so much to them.

Caudwell Children is thrilled to say that we’re one of the thousands of organisations taking part on Tuesday 3rd December. Giving Tuesday is a chance for us all to help out a cause close to our hearts after the hectic Black Friday and Cyber Monday. In 2018, over £7.8 million were raised in online donations in the UK on Giving Tuesday.

Today, 48 children or young people will acquire a brain injury.
Today, there are 40,000 children in the UK living with a life-threatening or life limiting condition.
Today there are 800,000 disabled children under the age of 16.
80% of families say they are at breaking point.

We believe in a world where all disabled children and their families have choice, opportunity, dignity and understanding.

Since our inception in March 2000, Caudwell Children has supported over 45,000 children and families. We have provided over £43,000,000 worth of services to children with over 652 medical conditions.

More recently, we have opened our award-winning Caudwell International Children’s Centre, the UK’s first independent purpose-built facility dedicated to autism and neurodevelopmental disorders. To find out more about our Autism Service, click here.

100% of the money donated to us today goes towards helping us to help transform the lives of thousands of disabled children in the UK.
