With the launch of the new Children’s Autism Service at the CICC, the volume of applications to the Charity is set to increase which will necessitate an increased number of volunteers to support the delivery of our services. The role of the Volunteer Manager is a key role in the organisation and is aimed at developing and implementing a sustainable volunteer strategy and function for the new Autism Service and all other volunteer requirements across the Charity.

The role of Volunteer Manager is demanding but immensely rewarding.  You will co-ordinate a large number of volunteers on a daily basis performing a variety of tasks in support of the service delivery and fundraising activities of the Charity which means you will really see the benefit of your work at the end of the day.  This role is essential to making sure that people who are willing to give their time and energy to the Charity have a rewarding experience with us whilst positively contributing to the organisation and this vital resource for disabled children.
