About the Kickstart Scheme
Caudwell Children is participating in the The Kickstart Scheme which is a government initiative providing funding to create new jobs for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment. These jobs will last for a period of 6 months.
As well as providing on the job training, coaching and developing soft skills, we have also partnered with a local Gateway and education provider who will provide a comprehensive training support package.
The Fundraising Development Support Assistant is will be responsible for providing support to the Partnership & Event Fundraising team including, but not limited to, researching new fundraising opportunities, qualifying tender and commissioned opportunities, general bid management support as well as general support of fundraising and development efforts.
