Weekend Activities

Due to Covid restrictions, the Staffordshire Short Breaks sessions are currently running virtually online.

As of July 2021 onwards, we are planning to resume face-to-face sessions (Covid-allowing)

Who delivers the clubs?

Our trained team of Caudwell Children staff and volunteers facilitate short break activities across Staffordshire.

Is it a virtual event?

Yes, Short Breaks are currently being delivered online via Zoom.

How long do the clubs last?

The length of our virtual Short Breaks activity clubs can vary, but usually they last about 2 hours.

Which days are the sessions held?

Short Breaks Activity Clubs are held on Saturday/Sunday afternoons.

Short Breaks Family Activities are held on weekdays during school holidays.

ASDAN LifeSkills Challenge

ASDAN LifeSkills is a virtual program that provides learners with a wide-range of exciting challenges.

The challenges promote a variety of different skills and cover a wide range of different topics – they are usually about being able to do things and they can all be adapted to meet the individual needs of the children.

The programme includes a comprehensive set of challenges, such as personal finance, number handling, teamwork, and more.
