Caudwell Children offers Occupational Therapy assessments that can help to improve cognitive, physical and motor skills – while also building a child’s confidence and self-esteem.
All Occupational Therapy sessions are child-centred and delivered by our specialist team at the Caudwell International Children’s Centre in Staffordshire.
Our specialist team of Occupational Therapists work alongside colleagues in our autism service to help children to understand and improve sensory processing.

Who can make a referral?

 

If you are an education, health or social care professional we would welcome a referral on behalf of a child – providing they are aged between four and 11 and you know them well.

You’ll find the referral form at the link below, once complete a member of our team will be in touch for further details. If you have any queries about the referral process, don’t hesitate to give us a call on 0345 300 1348.

 

Our experienced and dedicated clinical team work with families to undertake a holistic and child centred assessment of their strengths and difficulties including behaviour, emotional health and well-being, communication and sensory processing needs.

Yes. An occupational therapy assessment with Caudwell Children costs £1,500 if you are not eligible for funding.

We offer autism assessments to children aged between four and 11.

Assessments take place at the purpose-built Caudwell International Children’s Centre in Keele, Staffordshire.

We offer feedback appointments within 28 days of assessment.

Autism assessments take place at the Caudwell International Children’s Centre, which is designed to provide a calm and peaceful experience for children and their family.

The Centre includes a mixture of quiet zones, specialist facilities, sensory rooms and garden, which allow our clinical team to develop a comprehensive profile for each child during their assessment.
